here is the conspiracy person again. well lets look on the outside here. we have basically a new company even though it is founded and profitable it is a new entity. someone is taking it down for what reson besides the profit motive i have esposed. The people involved are outside looking in at present and the short term is it is a cheap stock being influenced by outside forces. enticing isnt it? we as stock holers should recognise the fact this is a prime opportunity to get in cheap with a solid stock equity base and a kind of control we have given up. so we have a two headed monster and a powerful arguement as to what to do. in my case I have no choice as my portfolio was decimated by two other comapnies decimated in this way and I think it is a concept entered with this intent. If we as a group want to break this concept and get in with our investments at least with a chance of recouping in the long run. we must fight this new way of kingmaking by not only holding what we have but aggressivly buying what they offer at bargain prices.
