Where's the 27 million coming from exactly. Where's the money coming from to pay the insiders off it's millions of dollars. Will they be payed with the 27 million ?
What's their plan on how they will uplist as Carnes said they would . Ain't happening at 37 cents. Can't RS the OS is too small.

What's their stance with raising money with shares ?

What do they mean exactly that this merger provides the platform to go to the next level ?

They better explain it soon . And if they try and micky mouse one more communication, the stock will pay .

I have a friend who’s got 9 rigs two new ones. He’s a fedex contractor and makes bank. And doesn’t have a warehouse just drivers and a runs. His plans to sell out in 5 years. My point is this acquisition of tradition is all about growing by adding more trucks and drivers thru acquisition.

This is the right industry at the right time.
