Yeah well perhaps they have the company with the goods that will roll out nicely under the "Probable" new lower share structure. By their own estimates in that microcap daily article they are actually behind schedule so I am not seeing a huge rush on their part to get to Nasdaq . As far as new investors diving in If the goods are good or great the investors will come in droves and come regardless of what the old EGOC "used to be" or even a history with a reverse split. It all comes down to what it all looks like when the dust clears. How many shares out, price per share, company assets, revenues etc etc.. JMO

It makes no sense to rush to uplist, since realistically that is well over a year out. They have a ton of things to do before that is even feasible... complete the reverse stock split, which also likely requires clean financials... complete a reverse merger with whatever unknown company would be coming in, along with associated filings and financials etc, then have some number of quarters of reliable and stable income to support nasdaq minimums and investor sentiment for the stock price etc etc etc.
