Good question. Could be that whoever had those "preferred shares that didn't get returned when ordered to return them" maybe passed away and estate is in limbo, involved in a separate court litigation that is ongoing.... etc etc.. the list could be a long one. We know that the Pearlman shares were part of a completely separate court case outside of Lazars court actions while being the custodian of EGOC. There just may be lots of jurisdictions involved and the system grinds ever so slowly some times unless of course you are looking at a traffic fine lol. That said the new EGOC people have some strong grounds to stand on and possible recourse concerning shares that have not been returned. At least that's by the looks of it. In time we should hear something on that topic as I don't think the new EGOC is done in their efforts to get that name and ticker symbol changed. JMO
