So as a follow up I think there may be things going on in the back ground concerning those PREFERRED shares that someone failed to return even when ordered to under the court ordered custodian back before they bought the cleaned up EGOC. Perhaps the delays have something to do with possible EGOC negotiations and or litigation's on that topic of having those shares lawfully returned as ordered . I would however think that EGOC could have filed the quarterly of the shell on time but perhaps they thought delaying that and getting everything done correctly was a better avenue? Bottom line is we just don't know yet. Just another known unknown by the looks of it. I am guessing that all information will be revealed soon enough. JMO
