They have had this product since 2016. They claim to have sold only 5 i believe in 2020., none ever since.

They actually had 2 reverse splits since 2018:

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1500 split Ex-date=04/09/2018. Pay date=04/09/2018.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split. Ex-date=06/28/2022. Pay date=06/28/2022.

I have e mails from PR for years claiming they are expecting sales, none has happened.

There has been no pr's for a long time.

Look at my posts that go back 9 months to a year ago and it will explain everything
. Seen this may times. Always anticipating sales sales for years and selling nothing even with hiring 4 marketing consultants.

The market cap is actually after today's close is $ 238,280 (644,000*.37)

This is IMO a typical scam.

Agreed. DTII has had the Passive Portal product since 2016, though have made many improvements including Windows and Android tablet software, wireless, and USB camera operation (news releases and filings verify), some of which I have seen in person. Prior to 2016, a private LLC, Defense Technology Corporation (DTC,) had it, where John Simpson, appeared to be the only person in that company, was arrested and convicted for DTC investor securities fraud of upwards of $600K in 2017. This is public knowledge and Google search will verify.

If you read the 8K’s and 10Q/K’s for late 2016, you can read the history where DTII got license directly from the inventor, as DTC couldn’t provide audited financials (no wonder, pocketed money). See: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1533357/000109690616001962/defense.htm

News releases take you further through the history, and the five systems sold were in late 2019. See: http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2019_08_15_NR_82%20Distr_Young_%20order_of_5_portals.pdf

DTII has engaged many “sales reps” who have proven to be ineffective, and several “marketing” businesses, who have also been ineffective. The latest being Privateer and Care, who have since been let go. See: https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1533357/000109690622003015/dtii-20221031.htm Note: 10. It appears that Privateer is a company formed by Web Barth, who is also associated with Virexit (VXIT), who signed on with DTII in 2021, see:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_07_16_NR_105_Reseller-Network_VirExit.pdf
VirExit was let go by DTII and they appear to be a pump and dump company with nothing to offer as seen on their iHub message board, see: https://investorshub.advfn.com/VirExit-Technologies-Inc-VXIT-32457. YMMV

Like any other company worldwide, COVID-19 affected how DTII products could be sold and demonstrated. During the pandemic, DTII created an elevated body temperature product, which looks to be an access control system as well. See: http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2020_04_06_NR_93_DTII_adds_IR_Camera_to_Portal.pdf
and:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_02_11_NR_101_Contact_Tracing_on_EBT_Station_Update.pdf

In December 2020, DTII engaged Jon Silver of Cumulus Media where he apparently became Director of National Marketing for DTII in 2021, see: http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_12_14_NR_113_Passive_Portal_at_Florence_County_SC.pdf. Silver was instrumental for the installs at Myrtle Beach and Florence County detention centers, and at Coastal Carolina University. See:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2021_11_24_NR_111_Appointment_of_J_Silver_National_Marketing_Director.pdf
and:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2022_01_18_NR_115_2022_Passive_Portal_at_Florence_County_SC_Detention_Center.pdf
and:
http://www.defensetechnologiesintl.com/pdf/2022_01_25_NR_116_2022_Passive_Portal_at_Myrtle_Beach_Police_Department.pdf

Prospects in my opinion, look good for DTII in 2023. Time will tell, but they are current in the SEC reporting and not listed as a shell company.
