Iwanderer, I am not into shorting stocks, but I do believe that upgrades like the one AMRN has today is the perfect time to either sell or sell short. The biggest risk is any move by Denner will have a strong impact on the stock. I do not read his lack of action as a negative. Sooner or later he will make his move. Obviously Denner is sitting on a massive loss that he will either fight to get erased or else he will sell it for the tax loss and move onto greener pastures.
