Sharp didn't win a lawsuit - on OTC scams one party will file a complaint then they will settle and include a 3(a)(10) exemption scam in the settlement.

This was a gift from Foote to Sharp.

HUMBL has been one nasty scam for those that believed the Sharp hype.
