In all fairness that stat is based on 10 of the largest Chinese companies trading on a major board. This is the OTC that scam artist love to take advantage. Here is my point….personally I already have a level of skepticism regarding a “reverse merger” on the otc with plans of uplisting. Could it be done? Yes. Has many otc companies claimed it and either failed to succeed or never had true intentions and only used it as a “pumping” tool? Yes. Time will tell, but this ticker needs to get past being a shell first, but ironically the financials weren’t submitted which would reveal where the additional shares went. Plenty of grey areas to maintain a healthy skepticism around.
