I get it but I doubt the police are going to charge a doctor in a highly publicized case , if they didnt have evidence besides TSLA with autonomous driving goes off cliff

If auto pilot or FSD were engaged, it would not have gone off the cliff. My Tesla in Auto pilot would never do that. It takes a much different set of events for my Tesla to force me to take over.
