Why not wave 30 or 40 million shares, and hire an advisor or, shall we say, consultant.

Todos been there, done that.

I know a CEO that has a ton of BIO experience that is looking for a new job. He only cost $5M/yr in comp. He has experience running the sp from $1000+ to pennies. Maybe we can get him at a discount to run Todos.
