#73334 RE: Gpheart2016 #73333

Look at some of the new headlines about the incident and you'll see clearly how blame is being shifted toward the driver even when cops havent confirmed AP/FSD werent enabled in addition to DA not issuing formal charges. I doubt either AP/FSD are responsible. I strongly suspect the Tesla went out of control like quoted below and I'll stick with that until there is some real evidence presented to the public. However as shown in the following quote, odd behaving Tesla accidents are not being investigated when AP/FSD are not enabled.

A Tesla Crashed Into a Convention Center at 70 mph and Nobody Cares to Find Out Why

A horrifying crash in Columbus earlier this month has prompted no reaction from authorities

I'm begging all of you to NEVER get in a Tesla as long as you live. It started accelerating on its own in a parking garage and my dad lost all control of the car and we ran into a wall at 40 mph. Most horrifying experience of my life.
