What we will want to see is an uptick of sales.

That would give us an idea perhaps that the settlement had positive effects.

Of course, the Health Net contribution may not be a very large percentage of total sales so it may be hard to see/interpret.

It would be great of the terms could be used to rein in the other offenders.

But that may be wishful.

It does worry me a little bit - that top Legal man at Amarin left shortly before todays announcement - but being invested in Amarin for years - nerves are running thin - you see ghost everywhere :)

What you say - this could 'still have a happy ending' - lets hope and pray for that :)

ramfan, The settlement terms are sealed. They can't intimate any direct terms to anyone otherwise what's the sense of sealing the terms. I think if HN changes the wording in their formulary that may be a source of some of the information resulting from the settlement. It will be interesting if they file an addendum to their 2023 formulary.
