I think Amarin got what it wanted from the Health Net settlement. It believes the deal puts it on a level playing field with generics in its pursuit of Health Net customers. That's all it wanted when it reached out to the company before suing Health Net. Apparently, the contact person at Health Net who Amarin dealt with at the time wasn't responsive. So Amarin sued.

Since reaching the tentative deal a month ago, it does look like scripts have gotten a little better. No way to know if Amarin is starting to get some of its Health Net customers back.
