Ziploc, I was just trying to be funny. I’ll reserve judgement for now. I was expecting the details of the settlement to be confidential. Common sense suggests that the settlement details should be most favorable to AMRN. However, at this point I can’t claim this 8k or the settlement is bullish nor bearish. Seeing is believing. So far, the HN formularies for 2023 are mixed. GV is removed from one formulary and V is covered T4 (non preferred brand). Is this the big win? Other HN formularies have GV T1 with PA and V is excluded. These are all recent updates since 12/22-1/23. Hard to gauge the impact. I was expecting the settlement would include HN agreeing to exclusively cover V on T2 or T3 and no PA on all HN formularies. Maybe more HN formulary changes coming in 2023. We’ll have to wait and see what effect, if any, the settlement will have on other payers, as suggested by AMRN 8K. I’m neither bearish nor bullish on the value of the 8k at this point. Looking forward to seeing the benefits of the settlement and other positive changes in 2023 that will benefit AMRN growth and share value. GLTA.

the only way I could see AMRN really getting a benefit from this mess is if Healthnet dropped the dime on others (i.e. collusion to cheat). In short - 'we'll give you the infringement hard proof sent to us by others.....and you go after them instead of us.... Otherwise.... we are still screwed.

I have zero faith in AMRN.
