It’s a number of converging factors, but the warmer weather has contributed to a bigger drop. It’s still early in the season and the weather front could swing dramatically the other direction. Either way, the drop in gas prices was still expected and is nonetheless also expected to rise significantly in the summer as supply is more depleted and the economy picks back up in the spring.
