That sounds wonderful! But I live in an apartment. No grilling.

And doing it in a skillet smokes the place up.

I agree with everything except the 7 minutes on each side. If the grill is hot 400 plus degrees I go with 3-4 minutes on each side to get to rare/medium rare.
