A thought for the day. I mindlessly scanned one of my doodles while watching a West Coast weather forecast for the month of January and wondering where did all the news go about that huge lava flow on the Big Island of Hawaii(I was also drinking some Hawaii-sourced coffee, not Kona, at the time). All that hot lava flowing into the ocean for days. Heated water evaporates, and the prevailing winds are west to east. The West Coast and Great Lakes had a lot of snow in December, and now rain/snow is forecast for January, including the Cascades, Rockies and Great Lakes. Some weather/climate change, eh? Maybe the Columbia, Snake, Colorado, Missouri, Ohio, and Mississippi Rivers will flow better when thaw occurs.
