Agree. This isn't a company that is into the same old OTC wash, rinse and repeat.

They already have a ton involved in their history. Going public is part of a larger plan here. And a quick turn around, cash for shares into the public pool isn't one of them

Good post. I think you meant to say, the friend that bought 100,000 shares for $2.00 each. These particular preferred shares, have been used as control shares, I believe. It’s very typical for companies to issue these type of shares, to prevent a hostile take over. All IMHO.
