It's gets real goofy in the house at times

I'm going to give logic a chance to roam freely while we wait for a formal PR from the company.

Carnes inherited those shares when he took over the shell and I believe they get passed to Davis

There is no way they did this deal so the value of the stock can be erased by heavy dilution. The idea is laughable. In any event tradition wants the value of the stock up . Way up so when they do raise some cash for further expansion , there will be minimal shares needed to do so. Again logic prevails .

Finally I'm betting Carnes has friends and family holding stock that's jmo. Not to mention his buddy who paid 2 bucks for 100,000 shares. No way is the guy going to do a f.... up deal he already passed on a couple earlier this year for that very reason .

Guys need to settle down with the bull c... on the board for a few days wow
