That’s fine, just explain to the board why Tripoly would be wasted on shrimp still in their shells. If one wants to make a valid argument, then pick on the sodium bisulfite. But please, know what one is talking about before posting
Gulf caught shrimp, when caught, are dipped in a preservative (tri-poly) on the boat and flash frozen. when the boat returns, they are unfrozen and sold as fresh. No preservatives in SHMP product.
