I looked up what a PIR is and everything keeps coming back to State of Texas websites. It's looking like a simple, public information filing that's attached to yearly franchise tax reports for corporations doing business in the State of Texas. It has things like names and addresses of directors, office locations, company contact and mailing address info, etc. Basically just all the publicly available information about a company that somebody would need to find or contact them.
