Thanks Ralphey. The courts never ruled on the merits of the fraud because they rejected intervention on grounds of standing. The issue of the credibility of the fraud argument was never reached. Also remember, there are multiple grounds of malpractice that were substantial factors causing the invalidation of Amarin's patents.
