You haven’t heard, Henry makes the rules for SEC filing deadlines lmao. You really have to appreciate the bulls narrative that not filing on time is strategic. These are the filings that are for financials up to 6/30/22, anything he wanted to include in that filing he could have easily added in an amendment, absolutely zero excuses why he couldn’t file on time. This entire company is a pathetic joke run by an inept and incompetent CEO who has been scamming and stringing people along for many years.
