Agreed. IMO, a good rule for reality is you can only own physical things. There is no such thing as ownership on the internet. Look at all the platforms that try to sell you access to digital things they think they own rights too. None of them are capable of protecting their products or services from black market competition. Movies and music became a free for all. Games seem a bit more resilient to pirating, but same deal really for those who want to try hard enough. If you can't physically defend it, you don't really own it. Ownership on the internet amounts to expecting the government to stand up for you if someone steals from you. Good luck with that.
