Jay just said we would get a dividend or benefit through the increased revenue/profit brought in by Kite. He did not say anything about a "hugh/huge" dividend.

Jay said it on the CC. MOBL shareholder own KITE. Now its possible you would need to have owned the stock beore the spinoff and continue to own it when the date is announced. If it were spun off MOBL sharehold would be compensated.
