No, i actually wasn't following TGTX, but what i found intriguing was how TGTX mgmt, so eloquently pasted egg all over the plaintiff's allegations. Given the timeline of how events unfolded, this is indeed, a rare case, imo.
I know that courts, inter alia, have an incredible degree of patience to hear arguments of all kinds,(we all know this) however to assert a 1/2 hour delay as a basis for a grandiose monetary damage case imo could be shot down from various angles, as well would find little to no sympathy from a Judge, imo/eom.
Time for some shut eye.
