Great FDA Approval timing in this season of giving! I guess these guys with the lawsuits have a bit of a problem now.



I don't know if you saw this yesterday but the FDA posted the approved PI for the drug about 30 minutes before the halt and company announcement. Journalists actually had to call the company to confirm the approval.

So I guess folks who were caught short could still sue.
