I understand that very well, and think my point is obvious.
IF there are any "naked shorts" (and I think it EXTREMELY doubtful), there is ZERO to prevent them covering.
The prices have even declined ever since this stupendous CE drop was performed.
And still no covering.
Yet all it would take would be an announcement of some sort of merger or an ACTUAL piece of legitimately good news about DBMM....and the price would probably (not written in stone mind you but probably) bump up significantly. If that happened, it could wipe out any profit these IMAGINARY "Naked Shorts" would have in an instant - and might even cause them losses.
But right - they must be waiting until their precious holiday vacations are over, until they begin to cover.

No. I's quite ridiculous to think that is what is happening. And it is MUCH more logical to come to a conclusion that this fairy tale of a HUGE "naked short" position is an absolute FARCE.
