you seem to know a lot about shorting....I just don't see it in such a small range....conversely there would be lots of HFT's making non short trades too for that matter.....
It is distasteful but it is a fact of life when we trade stocks....one of the worst mistakes retail investors make is going Long in a penny or micropenny stock, especially one without a product
