Duke I agree with your interpretation of what they are trying to say in that quote but I have to say it is poorly written and can be confusing.

Dukes - Honestly, it's a combination of things, from listening to some physicians interviewed recently, or how they express their views as quoted in this article. They don't resonate with me. I'm not sensing a certain kind of conviction that I expect, and if you want to see why that is, perhaps the 100,000 fixed scripts a week is a good place to start.
