Well, first of all, there's only 2 Bidders of any significance.
GTSM is the famous Shorting MM. According to his past history, he would probably pull that 900K Bid before it fills, so that he can take it lower.
OTCN is only trying to show Bid support, to keep it from dropping lower, because they are actually a Seller. If someone started filling their Bid, they would pull faster than GTSM.
Besides, it won't be surprising to see Sells increase as we get closer to the close of the week.
Friday is the last day for folks to make their Sells and be able to count it as a 2022 Loss.
