At the very least we could have someone else in charge of communications, presentations, etc. Every time Missling speaks we hundreds of millions in market cap. Ideally he wouldn't be involved with the trials either giving all his mishandlings but at least that would be a start.

A new CEO is not needed - drug approvals are needed. When those happen then suddenly Dr, Missling will seem like a genius to all of those who are now panning him.
