A lot of shares were bought pre-IPO and then converted. They didn't tell anyone of those people their intentions to dilute the hell out of the stock. They were not clear about their intentions before the IPO.. Yes, people buy shares in a company because they would like to see value go up. Granted that doesn't always happen. It should be criminal to issue yourself shares then dump them on the market. This is why people stay away from the pinkies. If you list on a major index you should do all you can to build value. Not suck investors dry. It will probably go under a dollar, because not one contract seems to make the stock go up. They will do a reverse split and start again. I'm just warning people that may read here.
