I noticed that they had removed all the in person details as I was trying to make possible reservation nearby and come in the night before. So yeah, it’s only electronic. Given the amount of illness out there right now it makes sense to do it this way.

Interesting, initially it was indicated that investors could attend, I wonder if they've limited attendance and reached a limit, or if now those planning to attend are being told not to come. I'd suggest you call or write Dave Innes to find out why the change.

As I understand it, by Friday weather concerns shouldn't make it a problem for those in commuting range of Washington D.C. but all sorts of passengers are delayed all over the country. I suppose that could be their reason.

Funny its against Deleware law to refuse a shareholder from attending the ASM. Tell DI that, he would probably be surprised to learn something new.

I called today about attending in person and was told you cannot attend in person.

Only stock holders can attend.
If you own stock why are they telling you you can not attend?
