RMB Feedback from my wife's Nephrology dept . Lupkynis appears the best for severe LN, however Benlysta is cheaper and insurers want patient to fail on Benlysta first... before covering for Lupkynis . So Co is burning thru cash on hand as it try's to overcome payor resistance .
