Nonsense. You won't have to look further than the impending commercial mfg cert or the NICE updates to see 'something of substance' on the horizon. Some want to spin this hopeless narrative, but it sounds more and more ridiculous with each passing day.

The "gift" would be for the buyout company. If DCVAX is snake oil, it isn't worth a nickel, but if it is what we all data says it is, then 100B is cheap. JMO
