Agree If there are still naked shorts , then they are obviously not running over each other to cover being afraid of legal action it seems . And the ever elusive mother of short squeezes everyone has been touting here for years . This will drag on for a long time in my opinion . Only thing that matters for shareholder value after so many years is approval , BO or partnership . Awaiting and hoping for favorable legal outcome is not an investment strategy
