Tesla has not denied that FSD was enabled, something it has done in the past when an accident got alot of media attention. CHP saying they havent verified FSD was enabled just means they havent received the data records yet.
EVs are dangerous in an increasingly unstable electromagnetic enviornment as the earths magnetic field becomes more chaotic. They are a growing danger to the public and need to be removed from the roads. We need vehicles with less tech not more.
