The selection of Cofer Black was pure genius. I'm also not a fan of saying things I have no direct understanding of. With that said, the CIA has been the most successful criminal operation in the history of mankind. Everything from running drugs, sex trafficking, arms, regime change, to being the handlers of puppet politicians all the world over. They have also been the enforcement arm for the invisible hand of faceless, unelected Elites, who commandeer them. My point? There's a strict pecking order. WS is subservient to the CIA. You can't become a former Director of the CIA Counter Intelligence Division without engaging in a criminal initiation. Everyone has to have dirt on each other as a form of blackmail to leverage. Blackmail has always been the most powerful institutionalized means of keeping homeostasis within our captured and controlled world gov'ts.
People have no idea how important Cofer Black is in the equation. The CIA has never been made to account ever, because they are above those who would have to do the accounting. No Cofer, no lawsuit.
