Fireman - I absolutely believe they were trying to bring down NWBO. As a small development stage biotech, I'd like to know if NWBO's corporate structure is the exception or the rule? I see it as an executive suite and all it's business functions contracted out. If it is the exception, I could see BP balking at the kind of price LP may have put out in private discussions.

FM - now that NWBio's situation has the attention of these influential politicians, do your sources believe that those efforts will cease?

Fireman, sorry for your loss regarding your best friend to GBM brain cancer, and thank you for your dedication as a fire fighter to server others. Per John 15:13 "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." Keep up the great work!
I pray that God will bless NWBO and for NWBO to be able to help all nGBM and rGBM brain cancer patients in the months and years ahead, IMPO.

Fireman,

You are spot on!!! Every politician in DC is aware of or should be aware of blatant, criminal activities such as those outlined in the Northwest lawsuit as they relate to market manipulation of public company shares and especially if the manipulation is intended to bankrupt a company that is trying to provide PROMISE and HOPE to a community of suffering cancer patients in delivering new immunotherapies to treat cancers!!!!

Having spent a fair amount of time "inside the beltway", I do know that patient care advocates tend to garner a great deal of support and often times turn into widespread populist movements!! and that's what I believe is happening in support of Northwest Bio and all other small biotech companies and many companies in general that are struggling to finance their companies using public market strategies!!

Cheers,

BB

Fireman. Appreciate your service. All first responders are fantastic in my book. I don’t know if a grassroots tactic is what NWBO needs. It is a publicly traded company. I would think NWBO management has the pathway to approval and would think voices heard are great but aren’t going to do much for the stock price. Let’s face it even news NWBO releases isn’t moving the stock price. Going to have to wait for spoofing and shorts to go away before so moves

I agree with j e d. until there is provided a reasonable response to the question he ask, I will consider the credibility of your observations to be suspect.

I do understand your pain regarding your friend with GBM having seen dozens of people succumb to this dreadfully terrible disease.

I still wonder why the company is not seeking a partnership or something, to move this along quicker? I am worried that the focus is primarily on the on the stock bonus’ that they want us to approve and on the increased share count.

As this get stringed this along for a long period of time more people die of this terrible dreadful disease.
