the statement made was not a misprision of fact, and in no way was meant to mislead the reader away from the actual subject under discussion...the statement was a guide to express the seriousness of equity falling below value of an asset, and in no way inures to my intention to mislead anyone.. so, I will not apologize, nor rebut my statement until I get an apology from the board from all the false rhetoric attended towards me...probing for a weakness, other than what is the subject of discussion is juvenile, and serves only to assuage your conviction that money is forthcoming... good day and happy new year...Lodas
