I believe at the last CC, KM said they will be making an announcement about that in Q1. He indicated that for competitive reasons, they do not want to talk too much about it prematurely.
Lets see what the settlement looks like with HN IMO If my thoughts of HN settling so quickly come true the other insurance companies are sure to follow. IMO They would only settle this fast if they felt Amarin had all the cards to prove their case. Threats to sue are one thing a judge finding merit in your suit is another.
