I think NWBO needs to try harder to communicate effectively. I think they could do it, but I believe they often choose to share less info and detail than reasonable prudence would otherwise require at any given time.
Apparently you haven't been paying attention. Each time minor steps are announced or PR'ed the SP drops. So why announce until you have a major step forward such as approval or a partnership? Longs have been buying shares on the dips and realize the game is over for the shorts. They just don't know they have no chance of winning at this point. It's like playing poker with a really rich drunk person.
