I don’t think that Apple would intervene on a takeover bid…such a move would create a strange situation with Eontec and other suppliers to their competitors.. would it turn into a three way technology sharing deal?

Too much pain for the potential return. I think they would just confirm their ability to use the technology and back away.

Li is not going to sell off this company.

That speculation doesn’t hold up to Li’s own statement that he will do whatever it takes to make this company succeed!

All the work he has been doing in China is to posture LQMT USA toward success. This is where he has his 410 million shares, this is where he will eventually focus his attention!!
