Yes, as I said before they were waiting on a decision on the "Topic Selection" state, not the actual appraisal or MAA. They decided the topic was worthy of appraisal. So now the real job (re)starts.

Assuming they do not redo the scope (which they might want to do given all that has changed), the next step will be to reschedule the meeting and send out the invite. That (and/or any work on the scope) will be public. You can see the previous timeline before it was suspended to get an idea of time frames.
