I don't disagree with you regarding poor representation, but I can't find it within any of what's coming to see that anything will change in that regard. Even with certain omissions and evidentiary issues, I still find it revealing that not one Justice had the wherewithal to recognize the inherent danger that taking 100% of the profits of these companies so vital to our Nation's economy represents...or ANY private companies for that matter. Sorry, but I just don't count on the supremes, or any other courts throwing their hands up and saying "wow...I don't know how we missed that!" The blueprint has been created.
