Skeptic,

I feel as though the 9-0 ruling was as far as if this was within the powers of the FHFA to do. They can only rule on what evidence and what the prosecutors and defence brings forth. I do not feel we were represented very well and ALL information was NOT brought out. In light of these new court findings and additional information we are armed better. The Collins case isn;t over, the Bhati case isn't over.........
