"Mixing up" was in reference to someone saying the CEO is a liar.
I tend to stay away from that word, as I cannot state what was in someone's heart when they make any statement.
If you think the CEO lied, or is a liar, I'm okay with that opinion.
I believe what he said about accessing the property.
I have no reason to not believe it. So, IMO, the property can't have any reliable value put on it.
It depends on which way the wind is blowing. lol (Or the bullets)
