My favorite thing in the distraction area is, The NDA. What a crock that is.
Who is the NDA protecting?
You would think that it is there, if there is one, to protect Ultrack.
The company is the one with the Intellectual property.
I could understand that ComDriver would have to sign one with the company, to not disclose technical information or even the status of the testing. But why would the company be band from talking about those very things... IF they wanted to?
